Returns
• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, and with all protective stickers/tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or engraved watches cannot be returned or refunded.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
